Call for Volunteers – Fun Project!

The holding tanks and concrete floors of the new outhouses at the biathlon range should be completed this weekend. Now we are looking for someone to take on the supervision of constructing the two buildings to go on top of the holes (unless of course you prefer to do your business in full view). The required buildings will be approximately 4’ X 6’ and can be pre-fabricated at your home and brought to the site or you can organize a work party to do it at the range; we just require someone with the appropriate building skills to lead the project. We have a significant amount of materials on site but if you are required to purchase more, costs will be reimbursed by the club. Please contact Cathy MacKenzie to get the specifics of the project. Snow is coming so we would hope this could be done sometime over the next two weekends (by Nov 12).

If you don’t want to be the lead, but are willing to help the project supervisor over the next couple of weeks, also put your name forward – we need “carpenters” and “painters”.

Volunteer opportunities for “Telemark Biathlon Range Outhouse Construction” are now open.
