Telemark Biathlon Fall Camp – Pot Luck Dinner Details

A note from Murray:

DATE/TIME:        Saturday 28 September 2013, 1700-1830hrs

VENUE:                Telemark Lodge

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.            SET-UP.  The lodge and washrooms will be open throughout the day.  A serving table will be designated in the Lodge.  Coffee/Tea will be available at the Lodge.  There are electrical outlets to connect crock-pots or similar devices. The Lodge has a fridge, microwave and small kitchen area. However, there are no oven ranges or food warmers.  We are aiming to eat 1700hrs so please ensure you and your food/drinks/cutlery/plates and cups are ready to go.

2.            FOOD/CUTLERY/PLATES:  Each family/participant is asked to bring enough food/cold drinks for themselves plus one as well as cups/plates/serving and eating utensils. That way we can all share in true pot luck fashion and there will be plenty for all.  Some meal suggestions follow (this is not a prescriptive list):

  • Chili and buns
  • Lasagna or other pasta
  • Roast chicken
  • Hearty soups
  • Salads of all varieties
  • Water/soda water/pop/juice
  • Fruits
  • Pie/cake/cookies/crumbles
